Yet another reason to avoid cola.

Cola drinking is already linked to obesity , diabetes, bone weakness, and  tooth decay. British researchers are warning about excess cola consumption. Consuming too much cola can lead to a deficiency in potassium(hypokalemia). This deficiency in potassium is recognized by loss of muscle power and fatigue, appetite loss. Researchers say that the cola related problems come from the combination contains caffeine, glucose and fructose. They initially caught on when a patient presented in the office with symptoms of hypokalemia and was discovered that he was drinking 4 litres of cola daily.
